Living up to these strict demands is only made possible by using modern, safe, large scale production facilities, run by quality conscious, qualified and engaged people.

By following LEAN principles in our organisation, we are able to give our demanding customers perfect value through processes that eliminate waste across our entire production; processes that use less effort, require less space, less investment and less time to create products at less cost with fewer or zero defects. Even with decades of experience, we constantly strive to perform smarter.

We’re certified

To satisfy the high standards demanded by our automotive customers, we must constantly live up to IATF certification. The IATF is a group of automotive manufacturers and trade associations, formed to provide improved quality products to automotive customers worldwide.

IATF 16949 focuses on a process oriented quality management system that delivers continual improvement, defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain. This is to ensure that we meet customer requirements efficiently and effectively.

Certification lasts for three years and is monitored with annual surveillance audits and a three-yearly recertification audit.

A sustainable journey

In a modern, global company, sustainability is not so much an ambition, as a given. In addition to reducing waste and energy in production and adhering to ISO 14001 legislation, we have committed ourselves to a number of the UNs Sustainable Development Goals. These address the global challenges we face, including poverty, inequality, climate, environment, prosperity, and peace and justice.

By opening a new production facility closer to one of our key markets, we have been able to significantly reduce shipping CO2 emissions, both in terms of customer delivery and through using locally sourced raw materials.
